Dickinson Location Store Closure
Our last day was 4/11/2023
Our ownership and management has made the difficult decision to close our FULL SERVICE Dickinson location. As you can imagine this winter has been an extremely difficult one--especially when you are relying on foot traffic to maintain brick-and-mortar businesses. After careful review, we made this difficult decision based on a few factors--but the reality is small businesses are becoming harder and harder to keep open in this economy. We are extremely sorry and want to thank all of our customers over the past few months for your patronage and support. We want to also personally thank Jan, Lindsay, Nicki, and Eliot for their time and dedication to our customers and giving them a great experience from the first day.
Here is what what you can expect from us:
If you have ordered a book through us and are still expecting it, you will receive it. We will have a pick-up location for you AFTER Tuesday, and will announce that location and address at a later time.
The positive news is we will still be open in Bismarck, and out east in West Fargo and Grand Forks!
You are able to use any store credit you have remaining after Dickinson's location closure BOTH instore at those locations AND our our website www.fergusonbooks.com.
If you have any Gift CARDS you can use those ALSO online! If you have a gift certificate (the paper version) we ask that you try to use them up by Tuesday, or you can stop into our other locations to redeem, or lastly over the phone. [Main line is 701-738-8025 in Grand Forks].
Lastly, we want to, one last time, thank everyone who supported us.
Dickinson, this won't be the last time we see each other. With pop-ups and other potential arraignments, you may see us in a different capacity.
